5 eggs

1 pound ground beef meat

½ cup turkey meat, minced

4 small shallots

3 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 teaspoons basil leaves, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

A drizzle of olive oil

Black pepper to taste


In a bowl, combine the meat with 1 egg, tomatoes, basil, black pepper and garlic, stir and shape 4 burgers. Heat up a pan over medium-high heat, add the burgers, cook them 5 minutes on each side and transfer them to a plate. Heat up the same pan over medium-high heat, place the turkey patties, cook for 20 minutes and transfer it to a plate as well. Heat up the pan again, add the chopped shallots and extra olive oil, cook for 4 minutes, drain excess oil and add next to the turkey patties. Fry the remaining eggs in a pan with a drizzle of oil over a medium-high heat and place them on top of the burgers. Top with the turkey patties and shallots and serve for breakfast.
