1 tablespoon smoked paprika

½ tablespoon onion powder

½ tablespoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

4 pounds baby ribs

1 cup paleo BBQ sauce

4 teaspoons chilli sauce

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

¼ cup chives, chopped

¼ cup parsley, chopped

Black pepper to taste


In a bowl, mix paprika with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and cayenne. Add ribs, toss to coat and arrange them on a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven at 325 degrees F and bake them for 2 hours and 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce with chilli sauce and stir well. Take ribs out of the oven and mix them with BBQ sauce. Place them on preheated grill over medium-high heat and cook for 7 minutes on each side. Divide ribs between plates. Sprinkle chives, cilantro, and parsley on top and serve.
