INGREDIENTS

2 cups blueberries

1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated

½ cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

3 cups water

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine all the ingredients, pulse well, divide into 2 glasses and serve for breakfast.
